Coping is the go-to when big life stuff is going on, but we have to just crack on.
Coping is the go-to when the to-do list is so long and the demands of life are piling up, but we have to keep to our schedules.
Coping is where you go when your cup is too full and you’re spending energy trying not to spill over.
Coping can be our best friend (“hurrah, something ticked off the list!”) and our worst enemy (“that thing I did to cope, I now regret”).
Coping can be great in the short term, absolutely exhausting in the long term.
